Program Summary

For the guidance of mankind, Allah Almighty sent more or less one hundred and twenty-four thousand Messengers (peace be upon them) and finally conveyed His glorious book Quran to man through the medium and means of His Beloved Prophet (peace be upon him). There is a very deep connection between man and the Holy Qur’an. However, it is incumbent upon us not only to stop at the recitation of the Qur’an but also to read it, understand it and follow it to be successful.

The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

There were seventy-one sects of the Ummah of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) of which only one was the saviour and the rest went astray.

The Ummah of Jesus (PBUH) had 72 sects, of which one was the saviour and the rest went astray.

There will be 73 sects of my Ummah, of which only one will be the saviour and the rest will go astray. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

“مَا َنَنَا عَلَيْهِ وَاَصْحَابِيْ” [7]
The one “On which I and my companions are.”
